C3 Cards

The C3 card - Come, Come Back, Connect -  helps guests take intentional steps toward finding a church home at RADIUS. We invite people to visit for three weeks so they can get to know our church, build relationships, and experience more of life here. The card collects their contact information, identifies whether it’s their first, second, or third visit, and lets them request information about following Jesus, our beliefs, Discovery, groups, serving, Kids, or Students. Their responses help us follow up personally and guide them toward a meaningful next step. This card is best used during times of expected high attendance like August, January, and after Easter.

The process follows those first three visits:
  • Come | Welcome and respond. After the first visit, send a personal email thanking them for coming, answering the questions or interests they marked, and inviting them to return. Introduce Discovery as an opportunity to learn more about RADIUS.
  • Come Back | Continue the conversation. After the second visit, acknowledge their return, respond to any additional interests, and extend a specific invitation to the next Discovery with the date, time, and registration information.
  • Connect | Help them take a next step. After the third visit, offer personal help getting connected through Discovery, a group, serving, or another ministry that fits their interests. If they want to learn about following Jesus, invite them to meet for coffee or a meal.

Use the email templates as a starting point and personalize each message to the person’s card. Update campus details, dates, and links before sending, and match the follow-up to their actual visit rather than simply the number of weeks since their first visit. The goal is for every guest to feel known, have their questions answered, and find a place to grow in faith and community.
